If each day we spend 1 hour watching Instagram reels, it is like each month, we spend the whole day and another 6 hours to watch reels continuously.

The question is: Do we want to spend an entire day and 6 more hours each month just indulging ourselves in watching reels?

If you want to do something more meaningful, probably the answer is no.

Time seems to be little when sparing out, but when put together, we may rethink about it and see the real impact of it.
